Represented Kaiser Aluminum, Shook & Fletcher, and JT Thorpe with structuring their bankruptcy plans to resolve asbestos, silica and other types of claims, including, in the cases of Shook & Fletcher and JT Thorpe, pre-packaged plans of reorganization.Represented Federal-Mogul Corp. in its bankruptcy case to address disputes over insurance coverage for asbestos claims and environmental claims.Represented the committees of asbestos claimants in the Babcock & Wilcox, Plibrico, and Burns & Roe bankruptcy cases dealing with insurance coverage for asbestos and silica claims.Participated in the representation of the future claimants’ representative as insurance counsel in the Combustion Engineering case.Represented committee of claimants in Chapter 11 bankruptcy of company that managed pediatric Medicare clinics and represented to resulting post-confirmation trust.
