In addition to the Project Management role - managing the Decision Review Board of senior executives (COO, Financial Controller, Country managers) and Steering Committee (COO, key process owners for Operations, Supply Chain and Finance), I wore multiple hats delivering the Lead role in the following: Work Management SME, Change & Comms, Training, Testing, Data Migration and Integration. Each Lead role involved determining requirements, writing specification documents for others to deliver, and confirming the results.The project was delivered in two phases: Procure-to-pay (P2P) with coaches nominated from the business to deliver training, and then Work Management including the transition of the Triton FPSO from Maximo 4, with Brilliant! Work Management training provided by iMorph. I visited Triton multiple times (firstly during go live) to catch each shift and ensure the uptake of the system was good. Confirmation came two days after go live when a technician approached me and said "I just realised - I was working in Maximo 4 two days ago, creating a Work Order, and today I've closed it in Maximo 7 and I didn't even think about it, and I was able to attach documents and write a decent work log... thank you!"Implemented several additional processes myself following the go live - PSV RBI Assessments, Defined Life Repairs and Observations.
