My role at Cardinus Risk Management is to ensure that all of our clients (Managing Agents/ Landlords/ Individual residents) are fully protected in regards to all types of risk assessments and risk management software for residential, commercial and retirement developments.I ensure that our customers receive a great standard of service and product at a competitive price, offering our clients a range of services specialising in the below:- GOLD BAFE (UKAS accredited) Fire Risk Assessments- Health & Safety Risk Assessments- RICS regulated Reinstatement Cost Assessments- Risk Management software (INDIGO)- BSC storage/reporting platform within INDIGOI'm based from our East Grinstead office working predominantly in London at our head office (22 Bishopsgate)and the South East with a large team of Building Surveyors, Chartered Surveyors, Ex-Fire Officers and Loss Adjusters, covering the whole of the UK. Even Scotland!!We also offer a FREE database management system (INDIGO) to all of our clients, which is a brand new piece of software that our “in house” development team have created, allowing you to view all of your properties in a centralised/secure platform, save assessments as PDF and pull reports off yourselves with your own log-in and password. You can also update any risk recommendations live via the system which in turn update the reports to show that actions have been completed (colour coded for ease).Our expertise can help with all property risk management requirements that falls within your landlord and/or Property Management responsibilities.
