Director, Client Success - Emea & Apac
Strategic Account Director
Degreed’s mission is simple: to jailbreak the degree. It’s time to change the way we think about learning and skills, and start putting power into the hands of learners so they can become what they want to become. Fulfilling that mission isn’t simple or easy, but it’s exactly that challenge which excites and motivates us every day.So why jailbreak the degree? Because education is too important to stay the way it is.The way we have always measured learning—a traditional university/college degree—keeps too many people out. Its a toll-gate on the path towards success and refuses to acknowledge there are other ways to learn. It has not kept pace with the explosion of content and democratisation of learning. We believe there should be a way to track all the learning you do—all of it. Also, we think you should get credit for all of your learning, skills, and accomplishments. We’ll count ourselves truly successful when Degreed is the de facto way all learning and skills are measured worldwide.
Global Programme Manager Linkedin Recruiter Certification - Customer Success
At LinkedIn, the mission is simple. To connect the world’s professionals to make them more productive and successful while creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. So how did I align the LinkedIn Recruiter Certification program to these values? By providing Recruiter license users with structured educational pathways, combined with the LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter exam, we empowered Recruiter users to be more impactful with their LinkedIn recruiting tools. More in-depth education allows a Recruiter license holder to be more effective when it comes to connecting external talent with opportunities across their organisations. For the Certification programme to be successful, I couldn't have done this do on my own. I worked with fantastic internal partners across our Customer Success, Product and Sales organisations globally. They supported in driving program awareness, and positioning and delivering Certification learning to customers. We also ensured the skills and best practices we certified via our high-stakes exam are aligned continuously to best practices and success metrics of Recruiter.Further relationships I managed included our psychometric and testing partners and a global team of subject matter experts from our Customer Success and Talent Acquisition teams. I relied on their knowledge to support me to keep our exam refreshed and updated to reflect the current needs of both the Recruiter product and the market. The thing I loved most about managing our Certification program? Seeing how it supported users globally, across many key markets, drive product adoption and engagement while making our users more successful.
Customer Success Manager - Global Education
Education does not happen in isolation. They are events that need to be planned, communicated, delivered and measured. Education needs to form part of wider customer development programs that are designed to build and enhance the capabilities of Recruiter license holders and their Talent Acquisition teams globally. This is where I come in. I work with our Global accounts to build and implement learning programs that drive continuous learning (either online or through planned education events) which complement existing internal education programs aimed to develop direct hiring capabilities of Talent Acquisition teams.Structured education is essential when driving engagement and adoption of the Recruiter License. Learning drives License holders to enhance their skills which, in turn, result in a better return on investment around hiring for their organisation.Participants need to have an understanding of where their learning programs sit in relation to their own job role and how their success will be measured on the tools they will be using. Learning expectations need to be communicated to teams by their business to further drive the completion of prescribed education programs. Our team both supports and navigates our clients through this process – in build, communication, implementation and success measurement.Ultimately Customer Success with our tools is measured on the results achieved through hiring – this is supported and driven through the right education program.
