We admire and honor when someone displays either attribute, but the moment we attempt to categorize intuition or genius, their sources remain elusive, almost magical. We know they don’t come from intellect because we use words like “gifted” to describe these unique individuals. When one shows extraordinary ability in sports, arts, music, technology, or science we label them genius. Yet we still can’t explain what they do or how they do it in terms of rational thinking or intellectual sense.

Duties included managing three households; supervising two assistants, overseeing all contractors, scheduling and planning all travel - which included my traveling with employer. Prepped hotel & accommodations, set up reservations for dining, coordinating with limo drivers, arranging for shows, etc. Handled primary grocery and clothes shopping as well as purchasing gifts for birthdays, holidays, etc. Acted as the front person/gatekeeper for all business and personal contacts, meetings, scheduling, and appointments. Responsible for reviewing and maintaining all business & personal files, and sensitive documents. Maintained all cars (gas, wash, servicing). Fixed or had serviced all electronic devises. Additional tasks included coordinating, organizing, and being there to meet all needs.

Responsibilities for Mr. [Private] included all shopping and restocking of household groceries, and some preparation of foods. Overseeing the housekeepers including keeping their cleaning and household supplies well stocked. In Gatekeeper capacity, Fielded all phone and email correspondence. Coordinated extensive travel which included hotel/resort stay and securing a driver. Kept up maintenance all of his cars (gas, wash, servicing). Was in charge of two assistants and maintained both his home and separate office. Responsible for organizing, cataloguing, and updating an extensive library in his home. In charge of major redecoration and refurbishing for entire home including, electrical, carpeting, flooring, kitchen redesign, entertainment room and master bedroom redesign, painting, furnishing, etc. He often entertained so I also handled all party planning and prep work even when using a private chef or caterer.

Assisted Entrepreneur and his family dealing primarily within the household, which included picking up and driving children to and from school, created and maintained all office filing, handling phones and business/home correspondence, clothing/grocery/gift shopping, some light cooking of meals, creating a manageable contact database, coordinated with Mr. [Private] office assistant on sensitive documents. Oversaw major projects with landscaping, total redesign and construction of backyard including pool, and redesign of kitchen & entertainment room.

Acted as project lead for all contractors including plumbing, interior designers, pool restructuring. Gatekeeper for all phone, email and written correspondence. Kept in sync with agents, managers, PR rep, and producers of show for both publicity appearances and travel. . Prepared light meals for the children. Was in charge of all household projects and household staff. While on set my duties included running scripts, prepping meals, and running errands.

Traveled extensively with family (which included 2 small children), (mostly private jet travel; familiar with airport locations, flight times, etc.). Maintained multiple homes and kept all households running efficiently. Also acted as driver for Mr. [Private] including early morning and late afternoon pickup of his children from school. Liaison with business managers and attorneys, set up meetings, in charge of CA and CO offices including; filing, coordinating meetings, in-office luncheons, business correspondence, phones, etc. Kept database up to date, in charge of everything electronic; blackberry's, Palm's, computers, printers, etc.

Tour related travel, acted as primary travel Personal Assistant, coordinating with Road Manager, Booking Agents, PR & Managers, and venues. Prepped hotel rooms, carried all necessities for travel, shopping, errands, all phone & email on-the-fly. When at home(s) cared for multiple households, and coordinated with several Personal Assistants and house staff, including, personal chef, maids, groundskeeper, landscapers, contractors, and decorators. Helped to cater parties and took care of all office related materials, including computers, filing, faxing, email, catalogue shopping, grocery shopping, gas and maintaining cars, and various errands.

Assisted company owner of High-End Concierge Service, including project coordination from inception to completion of Events, Award Shows, Premiers, VIP Parties, Private Club events, etc. Assisted various high profile celebrities and clients with multitude of tasks ranging from Body Guard, Body Man, Personal Assistant, Chauffer, Liaison, etc.
