• Knowledge in Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, Dice, Career Builder)• Negotiating rates, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates• Coordinated interviews, made initial offer to candidates, briefed candidates on Compensation• Work with Hiring Managers of top accounts to understand and identify the target skill sets• Organizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously• Ensuring the accuracy of the information before filing• Review and analyze candidate profiles to best match requirements• Managing and handling all phases of the recruitment process
