Running a small global team I handled a Company domain owned by Baker Hughes but operating independently to ensure Insider Trading Compliancy and Homeland Security rulings. The Network was based across London, Singapore, Sydney, Houston, and Buenos Aires with large data sets to store. Specifically involved in Cyber Security Regulations and Global Licensing Renewals.• Personally, reduced the global software portfolio by $35M. This was achieved by hard negotiations with vendors to readjust maintenance and support contracts.

Hired as one of two I was responsible for working with Charity CEOs to understand current budget awards and identify opportunities to improve the Organization Infrastructure. This role involved me being involved end to end from network design conception to installation.• Trained Microsoft engineers on Exchange 2012 migration tactics. When Exchange 2012 was released, Microsoft disclosed that they did not believe it was possible to migrate from 2003. I had managed this successfully and was contacted by the US team to train.• Developed an internal communication solution for area rape centers to contact securely HM Court Services. This allowed for sensitive documentation and images to be shared with police and court services.

A bespoke centralized system that provides the three Services with Defense Systems approach to training (DSAT) compliant tools to manage their individual training and to supply the means to extract business intelligence data on front line.I was assigned to lead the roll out and design of the entire Global System.
