The other two were companies that performed low voltage pre-wire in new construction. I've also managed multiple teams in the telecommunications industry. My career has been both enjoyably challenging and fulfilling at the same time. I have experience in management / leadership within the telecommunications industry, Installations & service of VOIP, CATV, HSD Internet, Fiber Optics, IPTV, satellite installation & service, Cable repair, NCTI Training, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Cable Data, Quality Control, Public Relations, customer service, ability to troubleshoot and repair the drop system and plant, good organizational skills, able to multi task, a strong dedication to achieve goals and objectives, strong leadership skills, strong communication skills. I not only know how to install telecommunications services but I also know how the telecommunications system functions to better trouble shoot and service customers.
