Connection has always fueled my passion both personally and professionally. The opportunity to pivot came with the COVID-19 pandemic and I found my way into the business world while pursuing my master’s degree. I quickly was most interested marketing and sales, where the center is rooted in connecting with consumers through messaging your brand. Most recently I was able to execute all vacation package strategy and marketing for Universal Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando and Hollywood. For our enthusiastic fans, Halloween Horror Nights is their favorite place to be in September and October. For me, Halloween Horror Nights is a 10-month long campaign that requires alignment with many internal stakeholders and creative. Website page design, digital media, and sales collateral support are all essential to the success of Halloween Horror Nights vacation packages. My experience in guest services and marketing have provided a deep understanding of what resonates with guests the importance of expectations. I also have learned what it takes to be successful in multiple facets of an industry.
