Oversaw the development of products and services with a purpose for the local non-profit community with a specific focus on internet access, training and consulting. Worked in the senior leadership team to oversee the transition to a local NGO and local leadership – IPKO Institute. Led the transition from IPKO Institute to IPKO Foundation including market analysis, development of new high-impact grantmaking programs and engagement with key government, private sector, donor and NGO stakeholders. Created partnerships with local training centers, innovation labs, incubators and hackerspaces. Oversaw grantmaking of over 400k since 2009. Managed the annual planning and budgeting process. Managed the investment of the 3mil Euro endowment. Recruited, managed and mentored a staff of 6 supporting business and social enterprise start-ups and the development of a talent pipeline for business, government and the social sector. Introduced new networking and innovation approaches to Kosovo with the BarCamp speaker series in Prishtina and 6 regional cities showcasing the work of 100s of Kosovar innovators. Co-designed and curated the SXSW of the Balkans - DOKU:TECH, a tech, entrepreneurship and society conference with Share Foundation in Serbia and DOKUFEST.

Reviewed existing strategy, developed a qualified list of prospects, co-developed an engagement strategy, case for support and accompaniment at several events in the US. Our work together resulted in a new unrestricted grant from a major foundation which will support additional fundraising efforts.

Worked with the leadership of Adeso to develop Kuja, a new piece of infrastructure which equips and connects impact-driven organizations to accelerate change in their communities. Developed the roadmap with input from a range of users and partners, built the technical and support teams, branded and soft launched the platform and gathered feedback to improve features, conducted design sprints using Agile methodology, consolidated 4 service lines into one entity and explored the financial and revenue model behind each service line. Raised over 2 mil to support the development of the platform.

Through the Accelerator, Counterpart works with new development partners including foundations, corporations and other non-governmental organizations on what it does best - improving partnerships, increasing funding and building stronger, more capable organizations.Currently, the Social Sector Accelerator team is addressing to two challenges and accelerating two solutions. Through its lean, disruptive approach to grants administration, the Accelerator offers foundations and other grantmakers an efficient solution for delivering resources where they are needed most. Conducted a multi-level evaluation of the program and impacts.Since 2009 I have expanded Partners work in Africa from 200k to 4.7mil over 5 years with new donors, countries, products and services. Recruited, managed, and mentored a team of 6 development professionals working in challenging environments in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Nigeria to implement programs and support the selection and strengthening of leading NGO partners.I serve as a key member of the senior leadership team providing support to the President, engagement with the Partners board and the wider Partners network of affiliates.
