I enjoy thinking critically and seeing through traditional silos and barriers which often hinder the performance of work. Having immersed myself for many years in diverse fields such as safety science; organisational and positive psychology; social science; neuroscience; sustainability; business and management, I help design and implement solutions which:> Combines the unique perspectives from various fields> Takes an evidence-informed approach> Are relevant for the unique context in which they are applied and > Takes a human-centred approach to meet the needs of the people they are intended for.My experience over nearly two-decades working in a range of diverse, high-risk, multi-faceted and innovative organisations as well as formal and informal studies has enabled huge opportunities for learning what drives maximum growth, productivity, safety and wellbeing in workplaces. I am also the Founder & CEO of The Collective Lab, a social enterprise dedicated to enabling industry wide change to improve performance and wellbeing outcomes through advocacy, coaching and facilitation.
