• Payment of Daily Expenses regarding company business & Cash receiving against scrap sale.• Expense recording with cost centre in ERP after invoice analysis. Maintaining proper filing of approved vouchers.• Maintain Petty Cash record. Daily closing of petty cash. Manage reconciled cash position for internal & external audit.• Manage Min/Max position of cash. Cash Deposit & Withdraw from Bank as per requirement. • EOBI calculation, Reconciliation & recording in ERP, uploading on web portal & deposit fees before due date.• Pay advances to employees and timely entry in payroll for deduction after coordination with HR.• Disbursement of Labour wages.

• Verification of Invoices & Booking in ERP Cheques payments Process in ERP• Co ordination with supplier in case of any discrepancy in invoice or payment• Calculation & Verification of General Sales Tax, Service Sales Tax & Withholding Tax on bill• Preparing & Reconciliation of sales tax Annexure through GL & Uploading via web portal. Before portal closure• Maintain bank book in excel. Verification of payment side entry • Supervision of Document Scanning Project & Resolving issue
