As Creative & Marketing Director I branded the business and roled out a creative approach to market to establish Collier Estates with an immediate high impact within an exceptionally competitive and busy market place with great success. Collier Estates immediately gained a wealth of residential property clients and contracts amongst high value prestigious postcodes, dramatically breaking area sales records within the first months of trading with a fresh approach to marketing the properties. Collier Estates has consistantly grown and developed at a rapid pace, continuing to break sales records throughout key postcode areas within Teesside, performing as a leading agent on Rightmove and Zoopla year on year.As part of my role I've been lucky enough to professionally photograph some jaw dropping executive homes, mansions, super mansions and country estates, driving them through to multiplatform marketing campaigns, inclusive of designing and developing a dedicated monthly property publication which is distributed to over 15,000 homes and in main grocer retail stores.

In my role as Creative & Marketing Director for Advanced Pro Salon I was involved from the launch of the company through brand creation of the company, establishing the creative approach to market, buyer profiling, aswell as branding, development and production management of all 147 products within the full range. My role encompassed the conceptualisation of product names, brand creation, trademarking & brand protection, packaging and wrap designs, sourcing of packaging, print production, product photography, cross platform marketing, Public Relations & Trade Magazine Campaigns, Training Materials, in-store point of sale and marketing to trade professionals. In addition I also managed all commercial photoshoots and video production, inclusive of models, stylists, photographers, videographers, MUA's, global style direction, through to post production & retouching, the content for which was translated through to mutliple leading trade magazine front covers, features, campaigns, training materials, promotions, point of sale and salon style guides.I also created a high impact bespoke exhibition stand to launch the brand at the industries leading trade show, Salon International, managing the full conception, creation, build, installation, production team, stylists, sales team and models, in addition to all supporting marketing content, schedules, screen content for training sessions and main stage.As a brand we regularly worked with a range of celebrities and brands, including Strictly dancers, Coronation Street Cast members and stars of the small screen.
