Creative & Marketing Director with over 23 years of high level experience spanning a multitude of commercial sectors, creating and delivering promotional campaigns for brands inclusive of LEGO, EMI Records, Sage, BP, Pampers, Pringles, Healthwatch, Change 4 Life, GSK, Rowlands Pharmacy, Defra, 10 Downing Street, BBC, ITV, Unilever, Mobile Mini, Grimlord Games, NDI, Cloud 9 and Advanced Pro Salon.Throughout my career I've managed global product launches in multiple languages, developed brands from conception throught to completion across a wide range of businesses and succesfully created high impact marketing campaigns spanning digitial and traditional based platforms.I have a wealth of experience in product range creation from branding and manufacturing through to driving implimentation into main grocer retail, wholesale, sector professionals and leading online retail platforms. My skills within product branding and marketing are inclusive of branding & brand protection, packaging artwork, product photography, commercial photoshoots and video production, Public Relations & Trade Magazine Promotions, copywriting, Marketing and Digital product management. I've also been heavily involved in overseeing the product formulation process, product testing, sourcing & production of packaging materials, global product logistics & distribution and warehousing, establishing a well rounded knowledge of the end to end production process involved with retail products.In 2008 I successfully setup a design agency which I ran for 8 years, providing multiplatform marketing campaigns for a range of companies and brands, which has expanded my skillset immensely.In addition to my expanse of work within the creative sector, I have also worked with Hartlepool College of Further Education to create a full Art & Design division which rapidly grew from a single Level 3 course to a wide educational provision ranging from Level 1 to Level 6. I played a key role in securing a partnership with Teesside University to deliver Higher Education courses, aswell as securing commercial operating connections with brands such as Mini, BBC, Radio 1, Ruroc Snowboards, Beamish and Baltic Art Gallery. I've mentored hundreds of students across Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising and Photography, consistently rated to Grade 1 standard by both the College and OFSTED inspectors.Over the years I've been fortunate to have won awards and had my creative work published in Computer Arts magazine and a Taschen Design Book.
