As the HR team’s dedicated employment branding and creative resource, I was responsible for keeping 400+ materials ‘on brand,’ as well as providing ongoing design, copywriting, project management, email marketing, creative, communication, and process support. My mission was to infuse creativity and our bright Orange culture into every HR/employee/candidate touch point (e.g. ExactTarget Cuties New Parent Program, Officially Orange New Employee Onboarding Program, Open Enrollment Movie Parodies). In this role, I directly supported 50+ HR professionals across Operations, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Employee Relations. Projects combined creative strategy, graphic design, copy writing, email design and deployment, videography, photography, process, promo/printing, and event management. Also responsible for managing freelance creative talent and third-party creative agencies.

Researched, interviewed, recruited, onboarded, and managed three third-party creative agencies to increase marketing capacity; oversaw brand training and project managed all agency assignments.Led creative sales support efforts responsible for influencing $20M+ closed-won new business over three years. Project managed and provided direct creative support for Executive-level strategic creative projects related to S1 Filing, annual Connections User Conference, Forrester Research Wave, and company-wide meetings. Brought all creative assets for annual user conference in-house for first time in company history; oversaw 40+ concurrent conference-related projects, while acting as main stage assistant producer and producing CEO and COO keynotes.
