I work to guide and develop supplier strategies to add the most value for our members, our suppliers, and OMNIA Partners. I manage 5 suppliers in both breadline and specialized MRO. Strategy development includes working with ALL departments at OMNIA Partners (marketing, accounting, sales, and operations) and our counterparts within the supplier organization. My goal is to work as deep and wide into the company as possible to make sure we are working as efficiently and effectively as possible to sell to our member network. Outside of work, I am a lacrosse coach. Aside from continuing to be part of the game that I love, it allows me to participate in two of my passions: strategy development and mentorship. Strategy development is obviously big in sports, and I have taken to it within my own business portfolio. I believe that you must understand what is working, and be willing to address what is not. Mentorship is a big part of coaching as well, and I have made sure to take several people under my wing professionally.My goals moving forward are to continue to solve problems for not only my customers, but within my own organization as well. I want to foster a collaborative environment to present creative solutions. Continued personal and professional developed are important as well.
