About Cristina Carlini
I am a project manager, curator, and lecturer specialising in cultural project management, particularly in the performing arts sector. I focus on process innovation, the green transition of cultural and creative industries, networking and international cooperation, as well as the curation and management of complex projects across territories.I am one of the founding members of Liv.in.g., a social enterprise dedicated to the internationalisation of the Italian cultural sector, promoting tailored pathways, research, and innovative methodologies, including an experimental online platform and networking events.I served as project manager for the IETM Spring Plenary Meeting Bergamo 2015, head of international projects for Marche Teatro / Inteatro Festival until 2022, and project manager of the Italy/Non-EU programme “Crossing the sea.” I am now a freelance consultant on these topics for various organisations, including Emilia Romagna Teatro and Utrecht University.I am actively engaged in numerous formal and informal international networks, including IETM, where I served as an Advisor from 2019 to 2022 and continue to be a passionate supporter.I have a strong belief in the value of local communities, which is why I am deeply committed to cultural regeneration and the development of projects for municipalities and public institutions.
