As a Regional Communications Manager for EU4Culture, I was responsible for managing communication and visibility actions across six countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. With a focus on promoting the partnership between the European Union (EU) and its Eastern Neighbourhood. Key responsibilities included:- Creating and implementing the project's communication strategy- Initiating and supervising communication campaigns- Collaborating closely with the EU Commission's and Delegations' communication teams- Developing engaging multimedia content, facilitating the production process- Writing press releases and social media content- Managing media relations- Preparing communication reports.

Co-organising book festivals and overseeing communication for cultural events, including the Tbilisi New Year Book Festival (2019) and World Read Aloud Day (2020). Planned 50 cultural events for World Read Aloud Day. Managed communication, media relations and created media reports for the Tbilisi New Year Book Festival.

Operating since 1999, Sulakauri Publishing is leading publishing company in Georgia. As a Marketing Project Manager I designed concepts and managed communications for multiple projects focused on promoting literacy among students. This encompassed creating project ideas, managing social media channels, creating digital content, supporting marketing efforts for book launches, festivals and cultural events, working with media and analysing campaign performances. A key project I managed was "Travel to Tell," a literary initiative in partnership with the Goethe-Institut, which aimed to uncover the creative writing talents of Georgian students while promoting German literature.

Researched potential donors and pitched the fundraising projects. Collaborated with partner organisations to established strategic alliances to enhance fundraising efforts.
