• Organises the project team on the completion of works based on the timeline, scope, quality, budget, and as per client’s requirements.• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and monitor all project documents from pre-construction to post-construction.• Attends weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders and project team to discuss the status of the project (accomplishment, schedule, revisions) and conducts construction meetings to discuss concerns.• Monitors Quotation from 3rd Party contractors and ascertains methods, materials, and tools involved in the projects by site inspection.• Inspect and assess the accomplishments on the site for payment application and any variations/ additional works for both 3rd party and in-house contractors.

• Perform the overall work as QAQC Engineer for Site and Documentation (Inspection Requests, Test Results, Method Statements, Material submissions, etc.).• Ensuring the quality and the quantity of work are measured and monitored to be ready for the preparation of project reports and billing or any variation.• Assist the Project Manager with the project closeout documentation, local government and stakeholder requirements, payment applications and completion certifications.• Perform contract administration by preparing the subcontract agreement between the company and trade contractor, evaluating, and assessing the works and quantities for billing purposes.• Perform quantity take-offs, estimation, sourcing of subcontractors, and tender preparation.

• Responsible for the monthly evaluation of work progress for application of payment application and issuance of payment certificate to subcontractor.• Ensuring the overall tendering and estimation work for given projects, maintaining a database of up-to-date price lists of materials, and approved external providers.• Monitor the cash flow of the project and budget allocation for subcontractors and suppliers.• Prepares technical and commercial proposals for the project tenders, communicates and coordinates with the clients and the suppliers for pricing, queries and requirements.• Knowledgeable in contract administration/ management and coordination for the project requirements.

• Responsible for estimation process, including quantity take off from drawings, estimation of materials, manpower and time requirements needed.• Act as a liaison between the Client and Project manager for the queries and price negotiation of tender.• Perform administrative works related to commercial enquiries for architectural and fit-out works.• Produce construction drawings and as-built drawings based on the project requirements.

• Ensuring the provision of adequate materials and shop drawings and setting out plans to the subcontractor for the daily works, in-charge in estimating materials and labour needed before commencement of work. • In charge of Monitoring and Supervision of Daily Site activities for Structural and Architectural Works.• Perform quantity take-off and estimation, evaluate and review tender documents, prepare queries, and site visits. Evaluate weekly billing for Subcontractors and Trade Contractors, monitor and evaluate all submitted committed costs for ongoing projects. (Head Office / Engineering Department).• Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities such as daily logs, progress reports, inspection requests, subcontractor, and trade contractor weekly and monthly work evaluations.

• Review and inspect materials delivered to the site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings.• Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.• Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, work executed, etc.• Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.• Review and evaluate work accomplishment, notice for variations and work additions by Contractor for billing purposes.
