- Lead internal support to the Strategic Relationships Manager- Monitoring of client movements in alignment with implemented services- Providing advice to clients and carriers for constant improvement in the coordination and delivery of freight services- Continual review of client carriers services with a constant view on optimisation of delivered services- Effective internal business communication of client and carrier services and supporting requirements- Escalation and monitoring of customer service activities for major clients- Provide regular informative updates for all open enquires - Promptly elevate issues that cannot be resolved- Effectively communicate issues internally with key stakeholders- Arrange special and ad hoc freight requirements as requested by clients- Develop, maintain and circulate customer service reports as required- Process credit return collection requests as per customer requirements- Maintain accurate and concise customer and carrier contact files- Reconciling of carrier invoices- Invoice vetting and reconciliation of client invoices- Manage travel arrangements for Account Managers- Co-ordinate and run all company social events
