Training and awareness of staff in these areas. • Maintenance of the Integrated Environmental Authorization (AAI) and annual declarations to the administration. • Management of certification audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, IFS, US FSVP, Supply Chain Security, SMETA and ICS Corporate Social Responsibility, Organic Production, Kosher, Halal standards, as well as those of the competent authorities and clients. • Technical assistance to customers in matters of quality and food safety. • Product development. • Member of the SOVENA ESPAÑA Tasting Panel for the sensory assessment of virgin olive oils, accredited by ENAC.I aim to inspire my collaborators for high commitment and performance, setting goals, helping them, fostering collaboration and analytical thinking.
