Throughout the remainder of the week, we each meet in pairs for 1-2-1's, getting to know, like, and trust each other as people and understanding the value each of us brings to the chapter. During my time as president, I brought a focus on professional development and focusing on the BNI motto of "Givers Gain" - by making impactful changes to the chapter and through the effort of the entire membership, we were able to grow from 17 to 34 rapidly. Even beyond my presidency, the chapter has continued to thrive and grow.
