This role focuses on the coordination aspects of the recruiting team for the Americas and I'm responsible for end to end management of open requisitions; for scheduling interviews; posting and closing roles within BrassRing. I support the end to end resourcing process – coaching HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Talent Researchers and candidates through the process. This makes me responsible to ensure equal hiring practices are followed at all times following Diageo Global Code of Conduct and to manage each open requisition according to the global resourcing process. My task comprehends the analysis of metrics, report emerging trends and integrate with Continuous Improvement team on actions related to resourcing.
