-Provides service program operational consultancy, quotation and commercial support to the Cisco partners in Romania;-Contact Cisco Distributors and Resellers and focus on the Commercial Market initiatives and programs to drive sales;-Educate Cisco Distributors and Resellers on services, informing them about the quoting, ordering, registration and renewal processes, as well as contracts, promotions, web site, etc. ;-Distribute value proposition and drive service sales through the reseller channel;-Support midmarket AMs in their service-led approach to midmarket accounts, advise on service type selection, quoting and sales-channel setup;-Advise and lead renewal process in midmarket accounts;-Support inside channel account managers in their effort to educate resellers and distributors on service positioning, sales, renewals;

-Working as a partner with Sales Representatives and Managers in Oracle; -Ensures standard and non standard transactions are quoted and booked in compliance with Oracle's Business Practices;-Drafting and processing standard direct and indirect ordering documents for products and services;-Training and testing on policies and procedures to ensure and demonstrate our ability to remain current with all the changes within Oracle and outside of Oracle -Contract Process -Customer Service to be delivered to the sales team -Providing professional customer service to sales by drafting quality contracts and releasing in a timely manner, reviewing quotes, and advising sales on Oracle’s policies and procedures;

-Drawing up the budget of revenues and expenses, company's financial rates, cash flow of the company;-Implementing Cost Center Management - Activity Based Costing Method;-Preparing the documents for Company rating procedure and Stock Exchange quotation;-Manage and analyze the company's revenues from the electricity market;-The yearly substantiation of the transmission tariff;-Member in the South East European Cross Border Trade of Electricity Project with meetings in Muntenegru, Italy, Turkey, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Croatia-Member in the Management Information System implemented by SIVECO-Member in the Risk Management Project (MARSH)
