To list a few, my office duties include creating bookings, scheduling pickups, shipping carriers and ports coordination, preparing customs declarations and forms, responsible for AES transmission and compliance regulations, submitting shipping instructions to carriers ,customer information and billing, track and trace shipments, and communications with clients, carriers, overseas agents, sales, and on-boarding managers. I have been successful at problem solving and identifying potential issues before they arise prior to loading / arriving. If a problem arises, I identify the issue, develop possible solutions, and report the issue and possible solutions to my manager. Furthermore, I have great interpersonal skills, which makes my customer service skills effective and ensure the clients receive the highest level of service. Additionally, I assist coworkers and those in other departments with their job duties when necessary. Lastly, I am responsible for responding to requests for proposal, providing quotes or information timely, create invoices and performing the releases once invoices are paid.
