• Meet with secretary team monthly to improve current systems to be more efficient• Warmly welcome and assist guests as they enter the office by providing a smile and stop other tasks• Answer telephones by welcoming callers courteously and identify my corporation and myself• Perform basic bookkeeping such as recording guest payments on receipt books on the computer• Perform related duties as required, including direct visitors appropriately, coordinate mail flow, filing and photocopying, faxing, email, etc.
