As part of the Organising Committee, my main role was to create and implement marketing and communications actions to attract key players and participants as well as to coordinate the participation of the selected agripreneurs, serving as the main contact point for the innovators and other stakeholders.The Global Agripreneurs Summit is an industry highlight in the agrifood tech sector with the aim to bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the industry to reignite agriculture as a key pillar for global economical growth and sustainability. Future Agro Challenge (FAC) Global Championships is the highlight event within the Summit where the winning agripreneur from over 60 nations across 5 continents competes at an international level to be entitled the Agripreneur of the Year. The 3rd FAC Global Championships 2017 were hosted during the Global Entrepreneurship Congress, in Johannesburg, South Africa, from March 12-15, 2017, in part by Industry Disruptors, USAID, Sweden (through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the South African Department of Science and Technology.

More than ten years serving in different managerial positions at the Zaragoza Logistics Center allowed me to participate in various initiatives and projects of different size and complexity. This includes taking active part in the development phase of the Center and its MIT Zaragoza postgraduate programs; supporting the establishment of the first academic dual degree and executive programs with leading Business Schools (e.g. IE and INCAE); organising executive courses with international academic and industry clients from Europe, Latin America and Asia; planing and managing marketing and promotion actions in collaboration with the other MIT Global SCALE centers; and organising several highly successful postgraduate and senior executive level events ranging from open and award ceremonies, student graduations and technical visits to international conferences.
