Responsible for the EMEA regional deployment of a sales process standarization program: Franchise4Success. Project manager of the key activities and the cadence within the fourteen Market Units, including the piloting and adoption of practices and tools, driving fluent communication amongst both, global and regional stakeholders, and the consolidation and measurement of results.Additionally responsible for the Enablement activities such as the Field Kick Off Meeting in Barcelona.
