• Recruitment and management of a team of five events managers based in London,
• Planning and coordination of over 200 events a year (internal, external and charity events across Europe),
• Budget coordination and negotiation with a view to support the sales and marketing effort and in line with the Bank’s strategy,
• Advisory role on sponsored conferences (across all businesses of the Investment Bank),
• Building series of clients development seminars,
• Facilitating and developing synergies across the Group in order to maximise budget and clients understanding of the bank’s expertise,

• Events logistic planning and execution,
• Participation to event planning and ideas generation.
• Brand management in the UK with a view to ensure it is accurately represented and promoted through a variety of channels.

• Maintain the corporate image and raise the visibility of the bank primarily using media relations, advertising and events management,
• Launch of several financial products and services aiming at Japanese investors including online banking and onshore private banking,
• Production and adaptation of brochures and websites (in line with Group CI) in English and Japanese,
