Co-manager for a coffee/wine bar with full influence on the wine. This involved tailoring a monthly wine by the glass menu and procuring food items to pair with the cuvees we stocked. All internal documents used to record stock and trade were prepared by me by the end of my role.Guest retention more than doubled while I was employed. I was also involved with fulfilling customer and employee needs in terms of satisfaction from the business. Unplug was heavily guest-oriented, being in a residential area; guest retention is paramount to running a business where foot traffic relies mainly on residents within the immediate vicinity. I also updated social media and liaised with KOLs to promote the business later on.

I was in charge of everything in terms of financials at the club. I mainly used our ASB Fastnet Business account and various spreadsheets to review budgets and potential investments for our incorporated society to ensure the best experience for our members while ensuring the financial longevity of our club.

I was contracted to work on preparing New Zealand's first flagship H&M store for opening until about 6 weeks after opening. A very positive staff-focused management system with great people to work with and befriend. It was a shame having to part, but more pressing issues with preparing for my career wouldn't allow me to apply for a permanent position.

I worked in the heart of the foundation, i.e. packing and receiving donations. My work was essential for the operation of the organisation because of the many orders the inventory tracking system was also given put in the hands of me and my colleague sand we would have to monitor it so the bar code would match the item. Heavy lifting and puzzle solving skills were also required for building deconstructed furniture without instructions, then packing them to be sent to the store room.
