I started and am in charge of the Nevada area of Pacific Audio. Before I came out here I did some research marketing to stay competitive with my pricing and wages. We started with tint and selected audio. After realizing my target market I secured new vendors and contracts for the business, and now we do everything from truck accessories to custom fabrication, full paint restorations and full vehicle customization. Responsibilities:I'm in charge of hiring a staff capable of installing Audio, Tint, Alarms and other specialty custom fabrication jobs. I do the scheduling and payroll. I do marketing and promotions. I've scouted and found marketing ventures that have allow the brand to gain exposure and expand. I'm in charge of securing contracts and big projects in the commercial sector as well. All the marketing is in housed, so I’ve come up with commercials and sales events such as car shows and unique marketing ideas that put Pacific Audio on the map. Above all else, I maintain a positive, productive work environment while staying within the boundaries of the contract we have with Nellis AF Base.I have a proven track record of exceeding projected sales in my area and for the company. My monthly sales have averaged a 40% increase since January 2017

Every day I worked in the Business Development Center to market and bring in new business. I call 30 to 50 leads a day, follow up with my existing customers and close any open contracts I may have pending for the week. There is a lot of multi-tasking involved in this business. I create my own business for the company as well and work hard to keep a strong and loyal clientele. Half of my sales are from the business I bring in to the company. It's ALL people skills and making sure you listen to the customer and make sure you find a vehicle and a price that fits his/her life style. After all buying a car is usually the second biggest investment in a person’s life.
