- Provide tactical advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle in the U.S. and Canada. Including hiring, termination, background checks, employee complaints, agency charges, and litigation. - Direct internal stakeholders on compliance obligations related to Federal and State employment and reporting obligations under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FCRA, FMLA, FCRA, OFCCP. - Attorney advisor on employee complaints related to harassment, discrimination, IP theft, conflicts of interest, and financial fraud. - Draft and review employment related policies, processes, training, and documentation. - A trusted partner and advisor on global projects including diversity initiatives and employment related data privacy.

- Primary investigator for all internal employee conduct investigations in the United States. Perform interviews, prepare investigation summaries and make disciplinary recommendations to senior leadership. - Management of the American's with Disabilities Act Accommodation process from request thru implementation of accommodation. - Coordinate and help prepare government reports related to the OFCCP and AAP Plans- Adjudicate all background checks in the United States and make recommendations regarding adjudication guidelines for the company and client agreements. - Onboarding coordinator for all corporate function hires in the United States

• Worked closely with a Senior Trial Attorney reviewing complaints, compiling Legal Research, and preparing cases for trial in the Fourth Circuit Court.• Gained significant practice in clear and effective argument construction both verbally and in writing.
