I am a Partner with the law firm of Thompson Coburn LLP, based in St. Louis, Missouri and with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, New York City and Washington DC. My area of expertise is environmental law, more specifically in the transactional setting. I perform environmental due diligence to identify potential environmental problems and liabilities, evaluate potential ways to address/manage the environmental liabilities identified by the due diligence investigation and then negotiate contracts and other agreements to allocate any such liability among the parties.
