About Chris Roberts

My life changed in 2010 when I got my first Dynamics 365 (called crm 4 back then) project to deliver at a housing association called AmicusHorizon. That was it, I was hooked, i had caught the Microsoft Dynamics bug.At the time I didn't have a clue where to start. Lots of late nights (and serious doses of imposter syndrome) enabled me to learn more and more about Dynamics and the strategies used to Implement it.These strategies, along with the support of a brilliant team, enabled me to deliver the system to 900 users. When I left the organisation in 2017 over 1 million cases had been logged, evidence the system was being used.I used these strategies at other organisations before setting up #D365ForHousing in 2019, providing free modules to the housing sector. During the COVID pandemic I left my full time job to focus on my business E&F Solutions where I follow my passion for delivering dynamics 365/PowerApps solutions that people use. Enabling a great customer experience, delivering efficiencies and driving satisfaction levels. Helping to free up funds to build homes for some of the most vulnerable people in our society. 🏡
