Engaged in a temporary to hire position to replace the Organizational Change Management professional services lead for a high-profile SAP S/4 Hana implementation and to help create an OCM practice for the company, which was put on hold as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. During the short tenure of the project, my primary focus was to plan for the gap in the instructor-led training delivery plan, define the training delivery needs, identify and prepare appropriate business owners to serve as trainers, and review and approve training content.

Addressed Change Leadership needs for multiple cross-functional projects to ease the impacts of change on employees and managed the expansion of the Organizational Impact Framework, a tool used to measure the amount of organizational change resulting from project implementations at a given time to inform enterprise-wide decision making, prioritization, and sequencing.

Strategy & OperationsManaged staffing and resource management for 110 to 250 practitioners within two regions of Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations practice; worked with Project Managers to assign practitioners on projects such that client expectations were exceeded and practitioners' individual career development goals were met.Worked with project teams and counselors to understand practitioners' strengths and developmental needs and staffed them to maximize strengths and improve developmental needs.Worked with regional leaders to proactively manage staff availability and evaluate/predict staffing trends and metrics which were used in accurate forecasting of future staffing requirements.Clarified role requirements and expectations on sold projects and consistently identified the best staff to fill those roles ensuring top level customer service.

Change Leadership and LearningGuided clients through change initiatives by providing assistance with communications, learning development, and change leadership. Developed a learning and development strategy for the HR department of a pharmaceuticals company which positioned them to address upcoming strategic HR issues as their workforce ages and retires.Analyzed training and communication needs for a prominent healthcare provider undergoing Sarbanes-Oxley remediation resulting in a 12 month communication and training plan preparing employees for the impact of the remediation.Managed the communications work stream and wrote and distributed confidential communications to multiple project teams across global borders for a pumps, seals and valves manufacturer conducting the testing and evaluation phase required by Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

Managed Human Performance consulting efforts including HR Transformation, software implementation, and training and development projects on client engagements.Designed and developed training or modified existing training materials preparing end users for implementation of new or updated applications and software, typically impacting a demographic of over 150 employees in multiple business units.Managed team in identifying and implementing multiple performance support solutions resulting in five different support vehicles becoming available to employees within 3 months.Evaluated multiple Learning Management System application vendors and Content Providers resulting in the selection and implementation of Learning Management application and Content Provider modules to improve training delivery, administration and tracking.

Designed and developed compensation and performance management structures for cross-industry clients. Analyzed base salary and executive compensation based on internal and external equity resulting in the re-alignment of salaries as well as the development of performance-based incentives and long term incentives.Designed and developed performance appraisal procedures and forms resulting in the alignment of corporate goals with individual goals.Analyzed executive compensation to confirm reasonableness resulting in defeating IRS unreasonable compensation suits.
