Served as a member of the leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer and Security Officer at one of the country's 10 largest non-profit provider of elder health, advanced illness, hospice, and at-home care services holding $96 million in revenue and $82 million in assets.Responsible for 2 core technology teams: Internal IT Analysts team and offsite Help Desk team to ensure all infrastructure maintains high availability to support over 800 employees across 6 remote offices and 2 hospitals. • Provide CIO with measurable updates on overall health of IT environment and status of projects. * Oversee a large portfolio of complex, time-sensitive and/or resource extensive projects• Monitored incident management database to ensure Service Level Agreements are being met for timely resolution of repair tickets for 800+ clinical and non-clinical users• Collaborate with CIO on multi-million dollar budget to integrate business and technology solutions across the enterprise. • Created technical training presentation and materials for onboarding staff. • Supervised internal Help Desk staff; performance evaluations, promotions, rewards, training, hiring and disciplinary responsibilities. • Conducts pricing negotiations with vendors to secure best pricing while evaluating new technologies. • Contribute direction and expertise to cross-functional departments for new business applications
