Manage the 4 distributed teams (some technical and some non-technical) that make up the IT Services department. Manage all projects, both internal and external.

Oversee all the day-to-day activities of the IT department. Project management for all internal and external projects.

Manage a remote team of 5 help desk technicians. Assign tickets to remote and onsite techs using a centralized ticketing system.

Set up workspaces for new hires, including computer workstations and VOIP telephones, as part of my master's curriculum at USF.

Provided all aspects of tech support, system administration, network and website management for users, donors and clients. Evaluated competing IT products/vendors for the best organizational fit and recommended those products to the finance department. Hired, trained and managed 5 data entry volunteers.

Moved the company from a pamphlet-style website to a hosted content management system, which allowed us to stop using an outside contractor for web updates and promoted more online interaction with our donors and clients. Ran reports in the Raiser’s Edge on constituent demographics for targeted email fundraising. Created fundraising emails for the development department. Answered the phone and routed calls to the appropriate departments. Most of the clients at PAWS were living with mental/emotional disabilities, so this required patience, sensitivity and good boundary setting skills.
