Owned the most flight parts of anyone in a scheduling role at the company. I scheduled ~2,000 active flight part numbers. Dedicated my efforts to enhance critical path throughput across all segments of the Tube Shop, encompassing Falcon Products like Merlin engines, Stage 2, F9 boosters, and additional components such as Fairing, PAF, and Octaweb. Responsibly supplied launch site spares and urgent replacements as needed.Transitioned from a single-shop focus, I spearheaded initiatives to elevate productivity across multiple locations, thereby expanding my influence and contribution within the organization.

Led the successful revitalization of the night-shift OTW team, increasing its size from 11 to 27 members by conducting interviews, delivering stringent-behavior training sessions, and overseeing critical path welded assemblies. Achieved record-breaking weld numbers, exceeding ambitious weekly targets. Introduced and tested multiple scheduling algorithms, resulting in significant improvements to welder quality and efficiency. Conducted regular 1:1 meetings to support individual growth opportunities. Maintained a leadership role, overseeing day-to-day operations, including workmanship coaching, attendance management, time card upkeep, and asset maintenance, while working 6 days per week and averaging 68-72+ hours.

I implemented established manufacturing principles such as Lean and Six-Sigma, utilizing performance metrics to guide decisions and making necessary adjustments based on data analysis.I oversaw departments encompassing CNC Router Machining, Laser Cutting/Engraving, Metal Fabrication & Welding, Paint Shop, Vinyl Cutting and Digital Printing, as well as Quality Inspection.
