Delivering a range of training courses including; security, events and first aid. I also work as a Close Protection Officer and manage a range of events thoughout the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Currently involved in the delivery of the level 3 Extended Diploma in Public Services designed for those wishing to join any of the public services or move onto University. Also part of a team responsible for engaging with the long term unemployed to gain level 2 qualifications to enhance work opportunities.

Responsible for the management of all Close Protection and Crowd Management work for Select in addition to headed up the Training Department. Select provides Crowd Management services to a wide range of clients including Music Concerts, Festivals, Airshows, Agricultural Events, Public sector events and many more. I act as Crowd Manager at these events for Select preparing a detailed Crowd Management plan and ensuring its effective delivery at each event.Within the training context, I manage a team of trainers delivering a variety of Health and Safety, First Aid, Crowd Management and Security externally accredited qualifications. I am responsible for all quality assurance within all training activities.
