Customer acknowledged that Nokia delivered a superior Super Bowl network performance result and the project team was acknowledged with a NOKIA STAR AWARD for the Super Bowl Build Out project.

• Responsible and Accountable for all In-Building Small Cell (UMTS/LTE) deployment related activities for AT&T (Nationally), including customer relationships, operational costs, process innovation, cross BG collaboration & communication.• Managed and directed a large (40+) Small Cell project management team in the delivery of In-Building Small Cell deployments, nationally, for AT&T.• Joined the program after the customer had expressed delivery performance concerns which had been reinforced by consecutive failed customer scorecard reports. • Established new project tracking methodologies, guidelines and tools, with standardization of process, defined SLAs, automation, a centralized database, performance KPI’s (dashboards), regular reporting (customer and internal) and a newly created Project Controls organization to ensure compliance, which resulted in clearer communications, better planning and ultimately more timely deliveries with increased quality and efficiency.• Improved delivery performance, moving ALU/Nokia from a bottom tier delivery option in customer reported scorecards, to a consistently top tier performer, which led to a complete flip in customer satisfaction, from previously unhappy to extremely pleased.• Improved delivery performance led to multiple quality awards (2014 Corporate Quality Excellence Award & 2015 Wireless Services Quality Award) • Supported New Business Development Opportunities as the PM Subject Matter Expert, with scope development, risk identification & mitigation strategies, force modeling, data analytics.

• Supported development and rollout of ALU’s Global Project Management Platform (GPMP) tool, which was an Oracle Primavera P6 based solution. • National PM Lead for the MME Rehome project (“2012 NA ALU Project Team of the Year”), which migrated close to 7000 eNodeB’s from Ericsson MME’s to new ALU MME’s in a rapidly growing LTE network, with 100% nightly migration success rate (100+ nights) and overall 30% reduction from initial program schedule & cost estimates, made possible by the creation of a dynamic RAN migration planning tool, while also serving as the single point of national RAN migration planning.• Member of the National PMO supporting the initial LTE deployment/rollout for AT&T (“2011 NA ALU Project Team of the Year”). Responsibilities included coordinating market deployments, national level reporting, and hosting national level governance meetings, as well as supporting data collection/analysis/reporting of integration technical issues.• Member of the National PMO supporting the RNC 9370 migration (“2009 NA ALU Project Team of the Year”), serving as the primary SPOC responsible for managing/coordinating the Node-B rehomes from the RNC 5200’s to the new RNC 9370’s.• Work extensively with multiple organizations to support AT&T Wireless Core & RAN deployments (Professional Services, Engineering, Installation, RITC, RF Design/Optimization, Supply Chain, Sales).

• Quickly inherited lead engineering role for 150-million-dollar project, designing and building an SDH backbone network, South American Crossing (SAC), across South America. • Worked with politically and culturally dynamic international customers to ensure a successful and timely completion of Lucent engineering deliverables and overall deployment milestones.• Created and led a “high visibility” technical presentation for Global Crossing Executives, giving a complete overview of the GC network throughout South America.• Established engineering pricing guidelines for global projects.• Created network diagrams for Global Crossings North and South American networks, detailing the transport network configurations, which have been used as an aide for testing and integration of the networks, as well as marketing and selling future upgrades to the network.• Traveled domestically and internationally for customer meetings, site surveys, and internal coordination meetings. • Built a Microsoft Access database to track key project elements, including cost and intervals.• Designed and maintained a website to control project information, contacts, schedules, and deliverables.
