A proactive, highly creative, and goal-oriented Architectural Tech. Graduating Student and an experienced Foreign Licensed Architect, bringing over 7+ years of experience in Architectural Design and Project Management. I help architecture firms and construction companies generate precise technical drawings, 3D renderings, and highly detailed contract documents. Some examples of my work include:• In my prior role at Sheridan Student Union, I collaborated closely with the Project Manager, Director of Facilities, and Contractors in renovating “The Den”—Sheridan College's primary student space at Davis Campus. I leveraged various software tools in designing the interior, streamlining project timelines, delivering high-quality work, and contributing to the success of the project from conceptualization to completion.• Spearheaded the successful design and project management of 8 minor facility renovation projects with interior enhancements (Bus Terminals and Maintenance Shops), a new construction of a 7-Storey GTSI corporate building located in Quezon City worth ₱70 Million, and The Purple Farm Resort, a 2-hectare holiday destination owned by GTSI. Implemented cost control measures, resulting in a 10% reduction in project-related expenses without compromising quality.• Developed comprehensive plans for a total of 3 residential, 1 commercial, and 2 institutional projects, contributing to a 25% increase in the studio's annual revenue. Performed a wide range of tasks including attending sites to complete architectural surveys, analyzing various building codes and by-laws, preparation of accurate contract documents, permits application, material quantity take-offs & estimates, and project coordination for the company.Additionally, I have a deep interest in Digital Design, Marketing and Promotions, and Business management.
