Ruth Hyde is the founder of award-winning cryotherapy treatment clinic, Cryojuvenate UK, offering cold therapies, IV infusions and vitamin boosters. Ruth, an award winner in her own right, is dynamic & innovative, motivated to provide a high standard of service.Ruth’s career began in the City of London working in the IT & communications’ industries, but she has always had a passion for fitness and sport. Cycling, running, gym sessions and boxing have kept her fit over the years but when injury struck, she started looking for alternative therapies. Research into injury prevention and cure, led Ruth to cryotherapy, treatments that use the cold, favoured by elite sportsmen and women pre / post training and competition. Ruth's clinic became home to a whole body cryochamber in 2017 which enabled Ruth to offer these treatments to a wider public. As the trend for personal wellbeing continues, in 2018, Ruth diversified her treatment range by launching REVIV IV infusions and vitamin boosters. REVIV treatments, carried out by trained medical staff, help with a range of issues including jet lag, fatigue, cardiovascular health and the signs of aging.Research was critical to the success of her business & Ruth was typically thorough in her approach. Her industry is highly regulated and Ruth goes the extra mile to ensure that she consistently complies; she adheres to strict controls and this culture is evident within her experienced team too. Local sports people and teams are attracted to the cryochamber and its benefits. Ruth’s engaging personality has helped her to forge strong links with the local community, sports teams and sports professionals which have been essential in the growth of her business.Ruth is keen to develop these links further & would love to hear from football & rugby clubs, other sports clubs, gyms, teams and professionals as well as corporate clients.Ruth is a finalist in December’s National Women in Business Award 2018 for new business.
