- Head of Administration, responsible for assisting Owner with day-to-day operations.- Administer Quality Control Documentation, keeping track of all material certifications, confirming specs meet customer purchase order requirements.- Tend to customer requests in a timely manner; preparing RFQ's for Owner to review/price, preparing Estimates, making sure customer's questions/concerned are addressed.- Handle receivable/payable accounts, keeping track of business cash flow, making sure our own & our customer accounts are in good standing.- Generate monthly states sales tax forms.- Prepare/organize employee documentation/benefit forms; provide payroll & prepare liabilities payments weekly, complete applicable payroll tax forms quarterly.- Maintain/replace office equipment/software, network cloud base & telecommunications. Repair/upgrade computer hardware.- Shipping & receiving transactions, preparing estimated packaging for quotes- Draft 3- & 2-dimensional drawings for parts & assemblies, provide custom modifications per customer requests/suggestions.- Shop around/prepare purchase orders for customer/shop materials & supplies.- Created & maintain website/hosting/domains.- Prepare classified ads to sale any unnecessary machinery or other types of sales.- Maintain social media pages: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.- SEO & Analytics- Help create & manage new product development.- New/existing customer relations.
