Our global portfolio includes some of the world’s largest and most prestigious projects across a wide range of market sectors including buildings, industrial and manufacturing, transportation infrastructure, resources, power and utilities and technology.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement regional marketing and communications plans and campaigns that align with HKA's business strategies and targets.• Identify potential business opportunities by coordinating BD campaigns and project research across the region.• Develop an external communications programme to include thought leadership articles, news stories and project case studies to support the growth of the brand's reputation.• Plan and design print and digital assets including marketing content for email campaigns and social media that are in line with the brand guidelines and promote the Asia business.• Organise business events and webinars, managing the entire process from the planning stage right through to running the event and carrying out post-event evaluation. • Develop an internal communications programme including the editing and writing of content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as regular email bulletins and newsletters.• Manage and update the proposals library including CVs, skills matrix, project case studies and project experience and on occasions, assist with the development of proposals to support Asia’s growth strategy.• Support the onboarding of new employees.

Connectome is a decentralised technology platform where AI developers, game creators, and designers can use their creativity and know-how in solving real-world problems.I worked closely with the leadership and cross-functional teams on building a community of developers and designers who will tap on Connectome's SDK to build various augmented reality-enabled virtual human interfaces. The AR-enabled interfaces can support and improve customer service experiences with concierge, healthcare, entertainment, and other applications. To grow the community, I managed and executed an editorial content calendar, planned events to capture our target audience, coordinated with the technical team in Japan on project updates to announce, and more.Besides social media and community management, I also forged new business opportunities and partnerships to meet our business targets and support brand growth.KEY SUCCESSES• Acquired over 3 qualified sales leads through community outreach and networking at events.• Collaborated with 10-20 key partners on community meetups, including Microsoft, Elastic, Accenture and Enterprise Ethereum Alliance.• Organised, presented and hosted over 10 community events in Singapore, Beijing, Madrid and Paris. Launch event (HumanxAI) saw almost 500 sign-ups. Other events averaged around 200-300 sign-ups.• Grew a community of over 1000 followers on Telegram* through airdrops, referral programmes and content marketing on social media.• Built rapport with developers and ambassadors to raise interest in the project and support the SDK marketplace by engaging them on Telegram, WeChat, Discord, Twitter, Facebook groups and Bitcointalk.• Directed video content production for events and marketing. SME Centre@SCCCI is a collaboration between Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI). The Centre is a one-stop centre set-up to provide business assistance and drive capability upgrading among SMEs.
