• Conducted detailed feasibility study for a prospective galvanized metal wire project with an investment prospect of 21 million AED.The study involved performing preliminary analysis, detailed market research and analysis, extensive desk and field research, financial modelling and drafting business plans for organization and operations.• Led a financial investigation into the fraudulent asset misappropriations perpetrated by the finance manager of a Tas’heel center (provider of all Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization Services, along with services for other government entities) located in Ajman, UAE. The investigation revealed cash larceny scheme amounting to 300K+ AED.Post the investigation, major restructuring of operating procedures with special emphasis on cash management were implemented by us at the center.• Experienced in drafting professional expert witness report in connection with a dispute referred to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). • Experienced in formulating and drafting an overall management governance model for an asset management holding group based in Sharjah, specifying the rules and guidelines for corporate decision making and conducting day-to-day operations.
