• Manages activities related to nine of CASE’s largest conferences, ranging from 150-1100 in attendance, in conjunction with the senior manager of special programs.
• Oversees, organizes and accurately tracks an exceptional amount of logistical details for the conference program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: onsite logistics management for planning meetings.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Serves as area technical expert on new web-based speaker management system and maintains speaker history database.
• Responsible for product set-up, report maintenance/generation and data integrity in Personify Association Management System.
• Provides support in review of hotel contracts
• Assists with conference planning and onsite set up
• Manages flow of information from educational programs managers to Marketing.
• Coordinates to ensure marketing content deadlines are met and materials are accurate.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Organize Practice Group (PG) Mid-Year and Annual luncheons including: scheduling, ensuring that all materials are obtained from PG leaders for their respective PG luncheons timely, posting relevant information on the.
• Coordinates and/or assists with on-site, ad hoc PG-sponsored events such as breakfast meetings, social media-related events, etc.
• Prepares briefing material for PG Board Committee, including document preparation, updates, production (copying, collating, and assembling), and posting on web or mailing.
• Market PG webinars and roundtable discussions, luncheons, special events, and PG benefits. Plans and coordinates special marketing campaigns for webinar recordings and on-demand products.
• Works with Staff to utilize social media to promote Association benefits.
• Works to continuously elevate the presence of PGs within the context of new AHLA branding and implements innovative ways to market PG benefits and products to the traditional and non-traditional audiences.

• Helped to schedule conference calls/meetings, prepare briefing materials, including document preparation, production and distribution to various Coordinating Committees.
• Maintained programmatic files, follows-up with current and prospective law schools and state health law associations, and ensures that the information in the database and on the website is accurate.
• Assisted with outreach to in-house counsel, government agencies, and paralegal audiences.
• Assisted Manager with the Top Honors recognition program and process and compiled reports related to group billing, top honors as needed.
• Drafted articles about the law school and state alliance programs for the monthly magazine and worked with faculty representatives and law students on their submissions
• Assisted Finance staff with monthly database revisions in order to ensure quality data.
