• Review resumes of potential candidates for automotive clients • Conduct telephone screenings to identify interest and qualifications of candidates • Communicate updates to hiring managers regarding their active positions • Handle any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding the recruiting and onboarding process

• Source and recruit candidates in the logistics, waste management industry • Post open positions on job boards • Conduct and schedule phone interviews and face to face interviews • Perform background checks, MVR and driving record checks, and drug screenings • Collaborate with management team on status of requisitions and future recruiting needs • Perform other office administration duties as it relates to recruiting
