I come from a family of immigrants who are hard working, take pride in what they do, and aim to work with integrity. My parents are a big influence for me growing up teaching me how to be compassionate for those I serve, there for I consider my self to be a compassionate, understanding and resourceful leader. I have been working for underserved communities for 15+ years. My journey involves working with multiple non-profit organizations, honing my expertise in trauma-informed care, advocacy, empathy, and recognizing that individuals progress in recovery at their own pace. My mission is to provide the correct tools and resources for everyone to achieve their recovery goals, while treating them with the respect & integrity that I have been thought since childhood.
