Hello! I have over 20 years of experience in Management, including District Managment experience. During my time as a District Manager, I was able to work on payroll and payroll reports, payroll loans, productivity, full recruitment process, onboarding process, continued training, all fiscal hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports, marketing, permits and licenses and other responsibilities as they came. I have worked in Finance and Social Services. During my time in Finance, I have worked as a Bilingual Collections Representee as well as a Finance Representee for an auto dealer. During my time in Social Services, I have worked on Self Sufficiency contracts, for these contracts my job was to walk along side of the client and utilize motivational interviewing skills, strength-based language, person first language and goal setting skills to support my client in their full job search process. My job was complete once my client had obtained long term employment. These contracts lasted from 3 months to 1.5 years. I worked as well on the Child Welfare contracts, where my job was to support the client in navigating the system to obtain a return home or adoption. These contracts lasted between 9 months and 2 years. I've been a Foster Parent for The State of Oregon, where I won an award for Best Foster Home Placement in 2014. I have also worked at The Shelter for Immigrant Youth at an undisclosed Portland Metro location.
