I have experience in creating employee schedules and approving time off requests; providing Human Resource (HR) system support for employees - including information contact, maintaining confidential files and information; and preparing payroll for long-term and short-term employees. I have gained knowledge of management, bookkeeping, data entry, vendor purchase ordering, posting vendor and purchase order invoices, scheduling and maintaining travel arrangements, performing self-audits, keeping appropriate documentation of equipment movement, participating in weekly production meetings, maintaining a calendar, phone customer support, participating in project and focus teams, and assisting in end of month closing financials. My highest qualities are strong technical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an individual or team environment, both while defining goals and aiming towards a desired team/company goal. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SAP. I have extensive and close experience monitoring expense reports and financials, ordering supplies and tracking inventory. I am also highly experienced in establishing and monitoring travel arrangements (domestic and international) and creating itineraries. I believe that my excellent time management skills are very valuable.
