I started my career in customer service as a cashier at a local restaurant. Eventually, I gained the promotion to assistant manager. While maintaining my position I volunteered on numerous campaigns as a canvasser, making a difference and informing my community on its political climate. After two years, that restaurant closed, and I found a new role with Planet Fitness. Within the first few months, I was promoted to Team Captain. While holding this position I also got hired at Starbucks. My manager wanted my attention to be solely on her company and offered me full-time employment and I have been there ever since. I represented my district in the 2019 Barista Championship and placed 3rd after being chosen and trained only one week prior. I was on my way to becoming a Shift Manager when a blessing, my daughter came into my life and right after the pandemic occurred. Wanting a better future for my family I decided to act and get into a training program that would allow me time to watch my daughter grow while teaching me the skills needed to succeed in SaaS, preHIRED.With years of customer service experience, I am highly effective in establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. By volunteering on political campaigns, I’ve become detail-oriented and thrives in adapting to complex and fast-paced environments that require constant learning and development. Training with preHired I learned how to leverage a consultative and customer-approach as well as operate independently and excel in effectively managing resources to achieve quota, generate revenue, meet deadlines, and maintain customer satisfaction. I am a self-Motivated Sales professional with effective sales techniques, seeking to help a business in the SaaS industry grow. In two years, I would like to grow into an Account Executive role and in another two years become a Sales Manager.
